Butter Toffee Walnut Blondies Recipe
These blondies are rich, buttery, and filled with the sweet crunch of butter toffee walnuts, making them the perfect treat for any occasion!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter and sugar mixture. Beat until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Gently fold in the chopped butter toffee walnuts until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly with a spatula.
- If desired, sprinkle some extra butter toffee walnuts on top of the batter for added texture and flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the blondies are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and allow the blondies to cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.
