Butter Toffee Walnut Blondies Recipe

These blondies are rich, buttery, and filled with the sweet crunch of butter toffee walnuts, making them the perfect treat for any occasion!


  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter and sugar mixture. Beat until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  6. Gently fold in the chopped butter toffee walnuts until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly with a spatula.
  8. If desired, sprinkle some extra butter toffee walnuts on top of the batter for added texture and flavor.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the blondies are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  10. Remove from the oven and allow the blondies to cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.
