Refund policy

Although we strive to provide our customers with exceptional products, we understand there may be issues and concerns regarding your order. Please submit your request or complaint via Email to info@unboundsnacks.com. Only e-mail communications submitted prior to shipment or within a 48-hour period after receipt of order will be eligible for review.  Please provide us with your contact information, order number, and pictures of the product. Our team will carefully review your information and if you are eligible for a replacement, online store credit, or an exchange of another item of equal or lesser value and we will respond within 1-3 business days. 

 

Due to strictly enforced food safety requirements, Unbound Snacks only accepts fruit or food product returns if the package has not been opened. If you experience a quality issue please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order. Please do not send us a return without receiving a return authorization code and confirming with our Unbound Snacks team to ensure your return is received properly. Please note: Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

 

Orders that are canceled prior to the shipment of goods are eligible for a refund. However, these are subject to a PayPal / Credit Card fee upon order cancellation, this fee will be deducted from your total refund amount. Upon shipment of goods to the customer, our strict company policy regarding refunds is to only issue store credits for the value deemed due to the customer.  These store credits or coupons would be applicable for a future purchase at Unbound Snacks.  Â
